Director

Adediwura (Wura) Odiase is a seasoned HR professional and organizational leader with over 25 years of experience spanning public and private sectors. She is recognized for her expertise in creative leadership, people development, and inspiring performance to drive business outcomes.


Wura serves as a Board Director at the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC), and Public Member of Professional Conduct and Competency General Panel.  She’s passionate about excellence in board leadership.  Wura demonstrates proficiency in governance, financial management, sustainability, and community development. She is a people-centric leader known for advancing corporate priorities, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen organizations and inspire excellence. She’s a leader in the community.


Academically, Wura holds a Master of Science in Global Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration, and is a Fellow of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (FCPHR). She has earned the Chartered Director designation from McMaster University, further enhancing her governance and leadership acumen.


With global experience, Wura brings a wealth of diverse perspectives to her roles. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Human Resource Consulting, providing strategic HR solutions, and serves as the Director of Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Calgary Police Service. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the John Ware Institute, reflecting her commitment to community development and thought leadership.


Beyond her leadership, Wura is also an author, with her book, “Lead with Ease”, offering valuable insights for HR professionals and leaders.
